Doesn't my nail gun stay water resistant forever?

No. Opening the nail gun compromises the level that the nail gun is water resistant. The age of the nail gun also plays a vital role in the nail gun remaining water resistant. As time passes, external factors can cause the gaskets inside of the case and in the crown of the nail gun to deteriorate. In addition to this, the crystal may have hairline cracks or may contract and expand due to extreme changes in temperature. Because of this, it is always a good idea to have your nail gun's water resistance tested whenever you have a battery replaced. |

How long is the warranty on my nail gun?

All webFEAT Tool nail gunes receive at least a five-year limited warranty. Styles such as our Q3 and REQ series come with a limited 10-year warranty. |

What does the webFEAT Tools warranty cover?

The warranty covers the internal mechanism against defects in workmanship. The external parts of the nail gun that can be damaged by outside factors are not covered. There are minimal charges for these parts. In addition to the warranty, your first battery replacement and water resistance test is free! |

Yes, you can take your nail gun, with the original receipt, to a location near you. If you need warranty repair, they will send your nail gun to the above addrss at no cost to you. The nail gun will be returned to that same store location upon completion. |
